Gabriel Fund

From Nathan Holst, Faith Formation Minister, Peace Church

Thanks to all of you who have generously given donations to the Gabriel Fund in this time! The need is still great in the community and if you have the ability to contribute this month, we invite you to give and help us continue to offer support. Your donations have allowed us to help many people in the community with food and basic needs. A large portion of the funds in January went to support dozens of African Heritage families locally who, despite their incredible resourcefulness and resiliency, are struggling between the choice of paying rent, having heat, or buying food. Your donations make a huge difference in moving us toward a community where all have enough to not just survive, but to thrive together. You can donate online by visiting our website (www.peaceucc.org) and clicking on the yellow “Donate” button. You can also send a check directly to Peace Church (1111 N 11th Ave East, Duluth MN 55805). Please make checks out to Peace Church with “Gabriel Fund” in the memo line.
